EESTEC
What is EESTEC?
EESTEC Hamburg is a student initiative by and for students of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) and part of the european network of student EECS groups. EESTEC Hamburg aims towards international and intercultural exchange between students across Europe and organizes cultural exchange trips and technical workshops with international participants. In return our members have the possibility to take part in one of around 50 annual events in 30 cities in over 2 different countries.
Originally founded as an independent NGO in 2005, EESTEC has been recognized as a student initiative in 2014.
What do I gain through EESTEC?
EESTEC Hamburg opens the door to the largest network of EECS students in Europe. Technical workshops, exhibitions, congresses, as well as summer exchanges and trainings seminars to topics like body lanugage and emotional intelligence, all this is just a small part of the EESTEC network.
In Hamburg, we offer the possibility for likeminded students across semesters and studies to get to know each other, take part in soft skills trainings (in English and German) and realize cool projects together.
