Hello dear ones,

I am Tomke, the speaker of the anti-discrimination unit. I want to stand up against any kind of discrimination in order to enforce fairness and participation at HAW. Paula and Christoffer also work in the anti-discrimination department. Paula is particularly committed to the interests of students with disabilities, chronic illnesses and physical or mental impairments. Christoffer has been working in the AStA for many years and has helped organize several trips to Krakow.

The Anti-Discrimination Department organizes an annual anti-fascist Krakow trip and this year for the first time the Festival Contre Le Racisme. In addition, we are contact persons for all people affected by discrimination. 

We understand discrimination as a structural problem, which has an impact on an individual level. Therefore, we strive for structural changes at HAW, especially through education, and at the same time we are contact persons for those affected by rejectionism, queerphobia, racism, sexism, classism and other forms of discrimination. We think intersectionally.
