Dear first semester Students, we would like to welcome you at the HAW Hamburg. We hope that you have had a good start into your studies. During the orientation week the General Student Committee (AStA) introduced themselves as an elected committee by the Student Parliament. Unfortunately we could not be present at all meetings of the orientation week. We would like to inform you about our Flyer that you can find in the student goody bag, as well as some little gifs. If you have not yet received the goody bag, please come to our office or to the Intercultural Café on Tuesday at 6 pm to pick it up.

Above all you will get a „Free Ticket“ at the Studentcard Office. The “Free Ticket” can be used for museums, theaters and exhibitions in Hamburg. This year you can check out all events on 23 stages and 17 museums for three month (Oct. to Dec. 2017). It is a good chance to learn more about the cultural scene in Hamburg. All students in the second semester can pick up a “Free Ticket” as well. Please bring your student confirmation letter.
